UHMW TIVAR® ECO

Today recycling makes remarkable progress and allows among others to offer recycled and plastic products made from post-consumer plastic materials.

APPLICATIONS 

UHMW TIVAR® ECO is plastic material suitable for machinery components, wear plates and guides. Depending on the application, UHMW ECO has an overall lower mechanical strength (90%) than the virgin TIVAR® 1000.

FEATURES

  • This grade, partially composed of reprocessed PE-UHMW material can be machined easily. Black marble color.
  • Non-toxic, low-friction surface and chemical and abrasion resistant.
  • TIVAR® ECO grade shows a favorable price-performance ratio for applications in many kinds of industries with less demanding requirements.
